Taliban Allegedly Mutilates Traffic Enforcer’s Ear in Central Afghanistan

As a result, the Taliban have been sanctioned, and excluded from international engagement, and their regime has not been recognized.

The Taliban members reportedly mutilated a traffic enforcer’s ear in Aybak city, the provincial capital of Samangan province in central Afghanistan, after the traffic officer stopped their car to avoid traffic congestion.

A video that has also been made public and is making the rounds on social media shows the traffic officer wearing a blood-stained uniform. The Taliban reportedly cut off the traffic officer’s ear after he stopped the vehicle transporting their troops to ease a traffic bottleneck.

At the same time, it is also reported that Taliban forces have shot a woman in Takhar province in northern Afghanistan.

According to the reports, the Taliban forces shot a 43-year-old woman, who is said to be a mother of 4 children in Takhar province’s Dasht Qala district.

Qandigul, a mother 4, is reported to have been shot by the Taliban forces in Abi Naw Abad village in the Dasht Qala district of Takhar.

The Taliban authorities have not yet responded to the situation by making a statement or a comment, despite the fact that the cause or reason for the Taliban’s shootings of the woman in Takhar has not yet been disclosed.

Since the Taliban seized power in Afghanistan in the middle of August of last year, the situation of women’s rights and other human rights has deteriorated, alarming human rights organizations and the international community.

As a result, the Taliban have been sanctioned, and excluded from international engagement, and their regime has not been recognized.
