Protest demanding justice for martyr Farkhunda in Jalalabad city (PHOTOS)

The criminals who have paved the way, in the past four decades, for such barbarism to be committed are still free

Members and supporters of the Solidarity Party of Afghanistan joined the people of Jalalabad city (eastern Nangarhar province) in a protest demanding justice for Farkhunda and the prosecution of arch-criminals. More than 500 men and women took part in this protest, and asked for the prosecution of the people who are actually behind this crime. A protestor said that the government has arrested and will prosecute a few to silence the wrath of the people, but the criminals who have paved the way, in the past four decades, for such barbarism to be committed are still free.
