Taliban impose ban on English, computer courses

PESHAWAR- Following their self created rules Taliban have imposed a ban on English language and computer courses in the Nangarhar province. The reports from across the border reveals that recently Taliban authorities have ordered sealing of all English language and Computer courses centers on the grounds that they are anti-Islamic. Earlier, they have imposed ban Internet and now stopped computer education.

While justifying their decision, Taliban said that Afghans are interested in religious educations compare to English language and Computer courses. While in reality, thousands of families, both in and outside Afghanistan want to send their children to English language and Computer centers for acquiring this education.
