RAWA, as the only voice for the suppressed and enchained women of Afghanistan, wants to stage a demonstration on Human Rights Day, December 10, 2000. People around the globe should know that Afghanistan remains the world's largest forgotten tragedy. Its people, especially women, are being tortured and humiliated in a way unparalleled in other fundamentalist-ruled countries. RAWA is determined to publicly expose and condemn this situation. But we need your help to make this protest an impressive and effective event.

The major hurdles we face lie in transporting participants from many remote cities and providing their accommodation for a few days. Your donation can help cover these costs and support the participants in their efforts to protest against the bloody domination of the Taliban and Jehadics.
